In 2024, GHL Systems Berhad was acquired by and became a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT DATA Japan, one of the top ten global IT service providers.

Effective 13 November 2024, our corporate name has officially changed to 
NTT DATA Payment Services Sdn. Bhd., a change that reflects our commitment to align
with our new strategic direction and ownership, while continuing to deliver
the same high standard of service you have come to expect from us.
