Job Responsibilities
- HR -
- Assist in issuing staff ID / name cards / take new staff Photo / update for new joiner.
- Update staff contacts, directory, etc.
- Prepare for time attendance to all staff.
- Assist in staff training, meeting and workshop arrangement.
- Other general operational daily activities include responsible to control office housekeeper.
- Provide administrative support to HR department such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit and Learning & Development.
- Other assignments by manager
- Admins -
- Greeting visitors, serve as the first point for visitors and inquiries.
- Maintain office filling system and control all office contract.
- Responsible for office bills / facility / Meeting Room / Canteen.
- Assist in making reservation of air tickets, bus tickets, accommodation.
- Coordinating and collaborating with other parties, internally and externally.
- Ensure overall running of office is smooth and without problems.
- Procurement -
- Responsible for Manage PR & PO Process and freight forwarder.
- Processing PO by Oracle System
Job Requirements
- Understanding of diversity in working environment.
- Ability to handle work efficiently and accurately under time constrains.
- Strong computer skills and Good English Skill.
- Excellent public relation and communication skills.
